"I was referred to Primed Performance Therapy, specifically to work with Saab, by a good friend. My main issue was lower back/hip pain. Saab took the time to understand my fitness level, and the sorts of activities I am involved with. He came up with a PT plan that not only addressed my back/hip pain, but also took into account my main activity which is hiking and mountaineering. He is very easy to work with, and created an exercise and stretching plan, weekly at first then bi-weekly. He also worked with my on balance, which in case you don't know, can decrease with age! By the end of my PT, I was back hiking and exercising with a heavy backpack again. A few months later, I was trekking in Nepal and climbing a 20,000+ foot peak! Summary: Saab is my go-to guy for any PT-related issues I have in the future... but so far, using his maintenance plan, I am still doing all the physical activities I want to do. Thanks Saab!"
