"My overall experience with Primed Performance Therapy was extremely positive. I have had several ailments over the years that required PT and I have always gone to the generic PT places my insurance company sent me to. After the introductory meeting at Primed, I knew this was going to be vastly different.
· The therapists took the time to get to know me on a personal level.
· We spoke in depth about what pain I was having and what activities were causing it.
· They really listened to me when I explained my concerns and what I was hoping to accomplish after PT was completed.
· Shortly after each session I was given a detailed email explaining what I should be doing EVERY DAY with videos and explanations of the activities.
· A few of the weeks I was travelling for work and only had a hotel gym to work out in. The daily activities were tailored to the equipment I would have access to for those days.

In short, Primed was a great overall investment in myself. I had a partially torn tendon in my shoulder, and I couldn’t do anything overhead without pain, I couldn’t even hang from a bar. After ten short weeks I am now able to do snatches, kipping pullups, and can almost complete a bar muscle up. All without any pain in my shoulder!
