Athletes

Crossfitters

Are you that 'weekend warrior' that has been dealing with that nagging shoulder pain with kipping pull-ups, or knee pain with hang cleans or squatting? We're the right group of performance therapists to say goodbye to those lingering issues. We will get you moving efficiently for those long conditioning pieces pain-free.

Olympic lifters/Power lifters

Serious lifting requires sufficient mobility and significant stability of all major joints near their respective end ranges. We will build a plan to invest in your body's health and wellness to build up your resilience to crush your PR now and in the future.

Overhead athletes (baseball, volleyball, etc.)

The shoulder is a complex joint that is often predisposed to certain injuries from sports. We'll take the time to invest in routine shoulder work to decrease the likelihood of experiencing shoulder injury in-season when it matters.




Services We Offer

In-Person one-on-one Physical Therapy

Are you dealing with nagging pain? Feeling unsure about returning to competitive sport status-post an injury? Individual one-on-one physical therapy services are offered following a detailed & comprehensive consultation. Utilizing the three step process, your therapist will determine the underlying cause of your issues and develop a comprehensive program that will adequately challenge you on a weekly basis to not only return you to what you love doing, but make sure you can do it for the long run!

Strength and Conditioning

Whether you just finished up being in season in sport or would like to push your capacities, this is the option for you! We take you through a comprehensive evaluation to assess movement, mobility, strength, and conditioning. From there, we create a comprehensive program using the most up to date programming methods to get you perform better on the field and crush your offseason/fitness goals. You will work once a week with your coach on movements that are necessary to achieve your goals.

Online Programming

If you're an athlete relatively adept at performing movements such as cleans, snatches, and variations of squatting this would be the option for you. This package includes monthly in person check-ins (if local, or through Zoom if out of state) along with unlimited access to a PT/coach that you can send videos of your lifts to for technique assessment. This plan also takes into account a comprehensive movement screen to assess mobility limitations that are addressed in your strength/conditioning programming. This package is a great continuity option for patients who have completed physical therapy to continue to perform and crush their goals! Programming will be completed and adjusted on a weekly basis keeping periodization principles in mind to avoid burnout.

Preventative Care

Unfortunately, the traditional PT model doesn't have space built out for preventative work, which includes soft tissue mobilizations, joint mobilizations, and stability work to make sure your body is a well oiled machine. Preventative care is a great option for athletes in the offseason to address muscle imbalances, landing mechanic flaws, as well as a multitude of other deficits that could impact their performance. The key in life is to be proactive not reactive, the same applies with your health and wellness.

Olympic Weightlifting coaching

Are you an Olympic weightlifter/powerlifter that is looking for further expertise, or struggling to overcome that most recent PR? We have the right guy for you! Whether your goal is to compete in Olympic weightlifting/powerlifting or you would like to demonstrate mastery in performing the lifts and lifting heavy, this is the option for you. Along with a lifting analysis, you will receive programming that will either help address movement faults in each lift or will help you push passed plateaus. Let's tap into your true potential!

Workshops

Routinely offering fee workshops to local CrossFit gyms. Give us a topic or area to address and we would be happy to collaborate with you and put together a presentation for your affiliate members of how they can stay healthy and continue to perform at the gym.
