Mission
Our mission as performance physical therapists is to coach, educate, and empower YOU to take control of your injuries and to move you back to performing at your best. Our goal is to make sure you can continue to push yourself over the long term, without burning out or running into constant injury.
Vision
We want to move the current health care platform away from looking at single systems and towards a more holistic approach putting all aspects of the human at the center in guiding treatment and performance. Adopting an anti-fragile mindset in the healthcare spectrum is imperative for rehabbing your injuries and preparing you for whatever obstacles life has in store.

Ownership
Being accountable is essential in ALL aspects of life—including career, athletics, and family. A PT can write you the best program in the world, but if you don't execute it, you won't reach your goals.
So, we rely on our clients to abide by this quote by Jocko Willink: "Take ownership of your problems. And then take ownership of your solutions that will get those problems solved."
Trust
Establishing trust and transparency is a MUST for us. In order for your outcomes to yield the best possible results, we need to make sure you have a deep understanding of your challenge—and how to solve it.
Perseverance
Reaching your fitness goals is not easy. That's why you sought our help in the first place. We want you to understand that rehab is not always a linear progression. You are going to have some really good days, some average days, and some bad days. That is the truth of it, so DO NOT get caught up on the bad days. But if you keep showing up and being consistent, you'll overcome your adversity and crush your goals.
In other words, "The front window is larger than the rear view mirror on purpose, because what is in front of you is what matters."
